About Me

Motherhood and parenting for me has been, and continues to be, an incredible journey. It is also one of the hardest jobs I could have ever imagined waking up to each and every day. Through my personal and professional experiences, I have grown passionate about practicing in the area of Maternal Mental Health: helping women, mothers, couples and families navigate the more challenging terrain.

My goal in working with women and mothers is to help you emotionally nourish yourself as a mother or while you are waiting to become one. While you’re trying to conceive, creating life or taking care of your baby(ies) and children, I ask you, “Who is Taking Care of YOU?”

Through counseling sessions, we will work hard together for you to become the best possible version of yourself in all areas of your life, relieve your symptoms, increase your confidence, and succeed in the role of mother and parent. It is my belief that women deserve to “thrive,” and not just “survive” the journey of motherhood.

You, being here, is a courageous step towards getting the help and support you want or need. You are not alone! It is a true honor to use my education in psychology and social work, clinical training, and everyday experiences as a mother and parent to help you. I look forward to hearing from you, even if it is to ask questions, and I welcome your story.

There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you.
