Stress-Free Scheduling

 

As a woman and/or mother, your time is precious, and it is often extremely challenging to carve out time for yourself. To make things easier for you to get the support you need, session appointments are offered via different ways depending on your specific situation.

 
  • In-Person Sessions

  • Video Sessions

  • Phone Sessions

  • Home-Based Sessions

  • WALK AND TALK SESSIONS 

 
 

From appointment to appointment, your session preference can easily be altered depending on what is most convenient for your schedule at any given time.

A variety of different hours are offered, including morning and late evening appointments by phone or video. Weekend sessions are also available depending on need and availability.

Bringing children under one year of age to the office is also an option. Baby toys/play mats will be made available and all feeding methods are allowed and expected.

Home-based sessions allow mothers not to worry about finding childcare; baby can nap, feed, and stay on schedule. Meeting in one’s natural mommy environment also adds additional benefits to counseling.

Privacy

Your privacy is an utmost priority. Sessions are conducted in a safe and private setting.  There is no uncomfortable waiting room that you will need to sit in. Parking is plentiful and within immediate proximity to the office.


 

 
 
There is an infinite amount of TO DO’S but a finite amount of time.
